These guys always know the answers to my health questions or point me in the right directions. This trip, I was stocking up on my multiple suppliment items, and wondered if they had kefir. I have been having a horrible time finding/keeping suppliers, of grass fed, organic, whole milk kefir (where I live over 30 miles, one way from here), one place advertised a way to make your own but had stopped production, when I asked how to do it. Low and behold I found this as possibilities. Took pictures so I can investigate if it will work for me.

Best incense, vitamins, and oils. Lots of knowledgeable staff to answer your questions and suggest products to improve your health. Reasonably priced merchandise and great brands. I go out of my way to go there, and it is worth it every time!

Staff is always very kind. I mostly come for gifts around the holidays and they have a good selection.

Helpful, new exactly what I was talking about even though I didn't have the right name of the item. The store is layed out well and has some awesome nostalgia.

Literally there monthly. The employees are knowledgeable and helpful, there is a large variety of products and holistic options.

First time going in and this store has everything I want that other stores don't! I was able to find elderberries and kefir grains I've been searching everywhere for. They also have so many other natural and healthy products. I will definitely be back!

Love this place! The staff is so friendly and the selection is incredible. Everyone who works here is so friendly and helpful without being at all pushy. They have a really nice selection of food, vitamins, supplements, beauty products, and even a few housewares. They've even got a small meat section, produce, fridge, and freezer with groceries in addition to the dry goods. The bulk section is also great. I also kind of love the 80s music with the incense smell in the background. It's a fun and relaxing feel while you're shopping. I took some pictures of a few sections and products but there's also a lot more! I went in for CBD pain relief products and came out with some unique and tasty dairy free food to try, plus a good selection of vitamins i usually order online but was excited to find here.

Love the old school health food store vibe! It has a vintage look and feel, and is stocked with a ton of trendy and current health products amid many of the old favorites. It’s probably very tough to keep in the area of fresh produce, but they do have enough to get by on, for snacks and a few basics (apples, onions, carrots, fresh salad greens, etc). We were at a local bowling tournament and this was my go-to stop. I was amazed at all the different brands and flavors of cold drinks. Many adaptogen-based drinks, LMNT, coffees and electrolyte and hydrogen refreshing sodas, too. They had a really good selection of household items, incense, health and body care, supplements, and discounted items. Definitely a gem in an older part of town with most of the nicer things being chains and strip malls. I would shop again.
